Yep, that’s me! My bride of 50 years took that picture on a family trip to Brian Head, Utah, not so long ago. I’m officially retired from working full-time with over 40 years of working with the US military in one capacity or another. After two years of full-time RVing, Ilene and I came off the road and settled in the Texas Hill Country town of Fredericksburg. Now that we’re settled, I can concentrate on my art and a few other hobbies.
I guess you’d say I’m a bit of a Renaissance man.
As to my art background, I can sum it up in two words… self-taught. I have no formal art training, but like many, I’ve always doodled, scribbled, and dabbled. I was recently honored to receive an award (Most Promising Watercolor) in the Fredericksburg Art Guild’s Adult Student Artist Art Show. Although self-taught, I have had several people influence my art, and you’ll find a list of them and links to their sites/information on my Art Sources page.
How to Buy Keith’s Art
I’ll be adding original art here on this site as I complete each piece. If you’d like prints of my art, you can find them at Fine Art America.
Thanks for visiting my site, and check back occasionally, and I might post a few words of wisdom or wit or a new piece of art to brighten your day.
